【摘要】 在全球进入智慧时代的今天，智慧图书馆建设已进入实质性推进阶段。体育院校也要把握这一历史性机遇，努力探索智慧图书馆的建设和发展之路。采用文献资料等研究方法，对智慧图书馆的概念与功能特征进行归纳，分析目前体育院校建设智慧图书馆面临的问题，提出构建智慧图书馆应该遵循的三个重要原则，并从基础设施建设、组织队伍建设、信息资源建设和服务建设四个方面探讨体育院校构建智慧图书馆的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the world entering the era of intelligence, the construction of smart libraries has entered a substantial promotion stage. Sports colleges and universities should also seize this historic opportunity and explore the path of building and developing smart libraries. This article summarizes the concept and functional features of smart libraries, analyzes the problems existing in the construction of smart libraries in sports colleges and universities, proposes three important principles that should be followed in building smart libraries, and discusses the strategies for building smart libraries in sports colleges and universities from four aspects: infrastructure construction, organizational team construction, information resource construction, and service construction.更多还原
