【摘要】 目前各家中医认为前列腺癌主要病位在肾、脾、肺，病机传变以虚实夹杂，本虚标实为主，治疗中多用到白花蛇舌草。白花蛇舌草具有清热解毒、利尿消肿、活血止痛的功效，在临床上常用于包括前列腺癌在内的各种癌症的治疗，并且对于改善患者生存质量有一定作用。白花蛇舌草能够抑制前列腺癌细胞增殖、促进前列腺癌细胞凋亡、抑制前列腺癌细胞的侵袭和迁移，逆转化疗药物的耐药性并且具有调节免疫功能、抗炎症反应的作用，主要机制是影响癌细胞分裂周期、调节雌激素硫酸转移酶抗原、毒蕈碱型胆碱受体M3重组蛋白和己糖激酶等靶基因、调节PI3K/AKT、JAK2/STAT3信号通路等。但是目前的研究主要局限于细胞实验和动物实验，缺乏相关的大样本临床数据支持，并且针对不同时期、不同证型的前列腺癌缺乏具体的分类研究。因此，对于白花蛇舌草治疗前列腺癌还需要深入研究，为白花蛇舌草的运用提供更加合理有效的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, it is believed by experts in Chinese medicine that the main focus of prostate cancer are kidney, spleen and lung, and the pathogenesis of prostate cancer is mainly composed of deficiency and solid, mainly characterized by deficiency of the original and solid. Hedyotis diffusa is often used in treatment. Hedyotis diffusa has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, diuresis and detumification, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain. It is often used in clinical treatment of various cancers including prostate cancer, and has a certain effect on improving the quality of life of patients. Hedyotis diffusa can inhibit the proliferation of prostate cancer cells, promote the apoptosis of prostate cancer cells, inhibit the invasion and migration of prostate cancer cells, reverse the resistance of chemotherapy drugs, and regulate immune function and anti-inflammatory response. The main mechanisms are to affect the division cycle of cancer cells, regulate target genes such as SULT1E1, CHRM3 and HK2, and regulate PI3K/AKT and JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathways. However, the current research is mainly limited in vitro or animal experiments, lack of relevant large sample clinical data support, and lack of specific classification of prostate cancer in different periods and different syndrome types.
