无卤阻燃增强PA66/PA6合金的性能研究

【摘要】 基于二乙基次膦酸铝和亚磷酸铝复配阻燃体系,研究了不同PA66和PA6比例时,阻燃增强PA66/PA6合金的力学性能、阻燃性能、电学性能、耐热性能以及湿热老化后的性能变化。随着合金中PA6比例的提高,材料的力学强度有略微下降,韧性相关指标略微提升,热变形温度和阻燃性能有所衰减。85℃/85RH%长期湿热老化试验结果显示,随合金中PA6比例的提高,材料吸水率逐渐增加,湿态下保持的拉伸强度更低,韧性更高,湿热老化后合金材料均未出现阻燃剂析出现象。无卤阻燃增强PA66/PA6合金的拉伸强度和绝缘电阻均随着温度升高而降低,PA6比例越高,合金材料的拉伸强度和绝缘电阻降低程度越明显。

【Abstract】 Based on the combined fl ame retardant system of aluminum diethylphosphonate and aluminum phosphite, the mechanical properties, fl ame retardance, electrical properties, heat resistance and the changes of the properties of the glass-fi ber reinforced PA66/PA6 alloy with dif ferent PA66 and PA6 ratios were studied. With the increase of PA6 ratio in the alloy, the mechanical strength of the alloy decreases slightly while the toughness increases slightly, and the thermal deformation temperature and fl ame retardancy decrease. The results of long-term aging test at 85℃/85RH% show that the water absorption of the alloy increases gradually with the increase of PA6 ratio. The tensile strength of the alloy is lower and the toughness is higher under wet condition, and no precipitates of flame retardant appear after humid-heat aging. The tensile strength and insulation resistance of halogen-free flame-retardant,reinforced PA66/PA6 alloy decrease with the increase of temperature. The higher the proportion of PA6 is, the more obvious the decrease of tensile strength and insulation resistance of the alloy is.
