【摘要】 中药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis, PMOP)具有多途径、多环节、多靶点、多通路等特点，活血化瘀类中药通过Wnt/β-catenin信号通路能够有效调控紊乱的骨代谢，从而达到治疗PMOP的目的。从肾虚血瘀治疗PMOP的作用机制研究虽然取得一些进展，但仍存在以下问题：(1)PMOP血瘀理论学说虽然在中医界被广泛认可，但仍受肾主骨理论的影响，很多医家只重视肾虚而忽略血瘀，故只重用补肾药而忽视活血化瘀药，在一定程度上影响药物治疗PMOP的效果；(2)对于活血化瘀类中药及复方中有效成分筛选的研究仍有不足；(3)国内对于活血化瘀药物骨组织及其哈佛氏系统的作用影响鲜有报道；(4)活血中药复方具有多靶点、多通路等特点，除了Wnt/β-catenin信号通路外，可能还有其他信号通路参与骨代谢过程；(5)缺少大样本、标准化的临床研究。今后，应进一步深化活血化瘀类中药对PMOP的基础和临床研究，提高临床疗效，改善患者生活质量，还要不断挖掘寻找更多通路或靶点，为临床应用或实验研究提供更可靠、更多的证据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP) with Chinese medicines has the characteristics of multi-pathway, multi-link, multi-target and multi-pathway.The Chinese medicines for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can effectively regulate the disordered bone metabolism through Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, so as to achieve the purpose of treating PMOP.Although some achievements have been made in the treatment of PMOP from the perspective of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in domestic research, there are still the following problems:(1) Although the theory of blood stasis in PMOP has been widely recognized in TCM field, it is still affected by the theory that kidney is in charge of bones.Many doctors only pay attention to kidney-tonifying medicines and ignore the ones for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, which affects the effect of drug treatment on PMOP to a certain extent;(2) There are still insufficient studies on the screening of active ingredients in Chinese medicines and compounds for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis;(3) There are few reports on the effects of drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on bone tissue and Harvard system in China;(4) The Chinese medicine compounds for activating blood circulation have the characteristics of multi-target and multi-pathway.In addition to Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, there may be other signaling pathways involved in the process of bone metabolism;(5) At present, there is a lack of large sample, standardized clinical research.In the future, it is necessary to further deepen the basic and clinical research of Chinese medicines to improve the clinical efficacy of PMOP,enhance the quality of life of patients, and continue to dig more pathways or targets to provide more reliable and more evidence for clinical research application or experimental research.更多还原
