【摘要】 目的：观察三才针法联合猪苓汤治疗水热互结型神经源性膀胱的临床疗效。方法：选取2020年1月至2022年1月许昌市中心医院治疗的水热互结型神经源性膀胱患者200例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组100例。两组患者均给予基础治疗，对照组另给予三才针法治疗，治疗组另给予三才针法联合猪苓汤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、排尿状况及治疗前后尿流动力学指标、生活质量评分变化情况。结果：治疗组治疗后最大膀胱容量、膀胱排尿压力及最大排尿量均高于对照组，残余尿量低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后活动能力、自理能力、心理情绪、社会功能以及精力等评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组每日排尿次数以及尿失禁次数低于对照组，单次排尿量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率为75.00%,治疗组有效率为90.00%,治疗组有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：三才针法联合猪苓汤治疗神经源性膀胱，能够有效改善患者尿流动力学指标，提高生活质量，提高临床疗效，改善尿失禁情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Heaven-Human-Earth needling method combined with Polyporus Decoction on neurogenic bladder with syndrome of water and heat in complexity.Methods: A total of 200 patients with neurogenic bladder with syndrome of water and heat in complexity treated in Xuchang Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 100 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment, then the control group was additionally given Heaven-Human-Earth needling, and the treatment group was additionally given Heaven-Human-Earth needling method combined with Polyporus Decoction.The clinical efficacy, urination status, the changes of urodynamic indexes and quality of life scores were observed before and after treatment.Results: After treatment, the maximum bladder volume, bladder micturition pressure and maximum micturition volume in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the residual urine volume was lower than that in the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of activity ability, self-care ability, psychological emotion, social function and energy, etc.in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The times of daily micturition and urinary incontinence in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the volume of single micturition in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 75.00% in the control group and 90.00% in the treatment group.The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Heaven-Human-Earth needling method combined with Polyporus Decoction in the treatment of neurogenic bladder with syndrome of water and heat in complexity can effectively improve the urodynamic indexes, the quality of life, the clinical efficacy and the situation of urinary incontinence.更多还原
