【摘要】 目的：观察复元活血汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation, LDH)的临床疗效。方法：将64例气滞血瘀型LDH患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组各32例，最终完成61例，其中研究组31例，对照组30例。对照组给予腰痹通胶囊，研究组给予复元活血汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛(visual analogue scale, VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗评分(Japanese orthopaedic association, JOA)、血清炎性因子水平[白细胞介素(interleukin, IL)-6、IL-1β及肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)]变化情况。结果：研究组有效率为93.54%,对照组有效率为80.00%,两组患者有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分低于本组治疗前，且治疗后研究组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后JOA评分高于本组治疗前，且治疗后研究组高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清炎症因子水平低于本组治疗前，且治疗后研究组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：复元活血汤治疗LDH,可缓解患者的疼痛程度，改善腰椎功能，其作用机制可能与降低炎性因子水平，减轻局部炎性反应有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Original Qi-Restoring and Blood-Moving Decoction on lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods: A total of 64 patients with LDH of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method, with 32 cases in each group.At last, 61 cases were completed, including 31 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was given Yaobitong Capsules(腰痹通胶囊,YBTC),while the study group was treated with Original Qi-Restoring and Blood-Moving Decoction.Then the clinical efficacy, and the changes ofvisual analog pain scale(VAS) score, Japanese orthopedic association(JOA) score, and serum inflammatory factor levels [including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-1β,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) ] of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results: The effective rate of the study group was 93.54%,while that of the control group was 80.00%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment, and the study group′s was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The JOA scores of the two groups were higher than those those of the same group before treatment, and the study group′s was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment, and the study group′s was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of LDH with Original Qi-Restoring and Blood-Moving Decoction can alleviate the degree of pain in patients and improve lumbar function.Its mechanism of action may be related to reducing the level of inflammatory factors and alleviating local inflammatory reactions.更多还原
