【摘要】 目的：对2001—2021年桔梗研究相关文献进行可视化分析，梳理桔梗研究发展的热点、演进路径和可能发展趋势。方法：检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和Web of science(WOS)数据库中桔梗研究的相关文献，通过Note Express排除重复发表文献后利用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件进行发文机构、作者共现分析，关键词共现、聚类和突现分析，并对英文文献进行共被引分析。结果：纳入中文文献1 432篇，英文文献383篇。桔梗研究相关文献年度发文量在近20年总体处于上升趋势，南京中医药大学和韩国忠南大学分别是中英文文献发文量最多的机构；李宇航和YOUNG CHUL CHUNG分别是发表中英文文献最多的学者。近20年来桔梗的研究主要集中在化学成分、临床应用、药理作用和桔梗及其复方配伍等方面。中英文文献关键词中“桔梗”的中心性最高，桔梗化学成分和其相关药理学研究为热点，尤其是桔梗皂苷D、桔梗皂苷D2等成分的鉴定、药理活性、作用机制研究。结论：桔梗化学成分研究一直是研究热点；2010年之后，桔梗临床应用、用药规律研究以及桔梗皂苷抗肿瘤、保健功效应用成为新热点，可能是未来研究趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To visually analyze the relevant literature of Jiegeng(Platycodon Grandiflorum) at home and abroad from 2001 to 2021, and sort out the hot spots, evolution paths and possible development trends of Jiegeng(Platycodon Grandiflorum) research. Methods: Relevant Chinese and English literatures on the research of Kikyodo grandiflorum were retrieved through CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP database and web of science(WOS) database, and the co-occurrence analysis, keyword co-occurrence, clustering and prominence analysis were performed using CiteSpace(5.8. R3) software after the repetitive published literatures were excluded through Note Express. Results: 1 432 Chinese and 383 English literatures were included. The annual volume of domestic and foreign documents related to Kikyo research has been on the rise in the past 20 years. Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chungnam University of Korea are the institutions with the largest volume of Chinese and English documents respectively; LI Yuhang and YOUNG CHUL CHUNG are the scholars who have published the most Chinese and English literature respectively. In the past 20 years, the research of Jiegeng(Platycodon Grandiflorum) mainly focused on the chemical composition, clinical application, pharmacological action and compatibility. Among them, Jiegeng(Platycodon Grandiflorum) has the highest centrality in Chinese and English literature. It is found that the chemical components of Jiegeng(Platycodon Grandiflorum) and its related pharmacological research are hot spots, especially the identification, pharmacological activity and mechanism of action of Platycodon grandiflorum saponin D, Platycodon grandiflorum saponin D2 and other components. Conclusion:The research on the chemical constituents of Jiegeng(Platycodon Grandiflorum) has always been a hot topic in the field. After 2010, the clinical application of Jiegeng(Platycodon Grandiflorum), the study of drug use rules,and the application of platycodon grandiflorum saponins in anti-tumor and health care have become new hot spots at home and abroad, which may be the future research trend in the field.更多还原
