【摘要】 从小儿推拿治疗特应性皮炎的中医辨证、主要选穴与配穴、手法要求、禁忌证、常用介质、注意事项、护理要点等方面介绍以培土清心法小儿推拿治疗2岁以下的婴幼儿特应性皮炎的经验。主穴以清心火、健脾土、运脾利湿、消食导滞为切入点，配穴根据常见伴随症状，辨证灵活，对症加减；操作手法轻快柔和、平稳着实，次数、疗程可根据病情、年龄调整；紫草油、甘草油为常选用的小儿推拿介质，温和不刺激；严格把握小儿推拿的禁忌证，选穴操作部位有皮疹不宜操作。临床应用取得了较好的疗效，并附验案以资验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents experiences in treating infants and toddlers(under 2 years old) for atopic dermatitis through pediatric Tuina,according to the principle of Peitu Qingxin,which involves traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation,selection and combination of acupoints,technique requirements,contraindications,common media,matters needing attention,and nursing points,etc.The selection of main acupoints focuses on reducing internal heat(Qingxin),strengthening the spleen(Peitu),promoting diuresis,and relieving dyspepsia.The selection of supporting acupoints is based on common accompanied symptoms,while the quantity of supporting acupoints can be flexibly adjusted in line with the symptom differentiation.It needs to be light,fast,soft,and stable while performing Tuina.The frequency and course of treatment can be adjusted according to the condition and age of the patient.Radix arnebiae oil and Licorice oil are commonly used as pediatric Tuina media.They are gentle and non-irritating.Practitioners should be fully aware of contraindications of pediatric Tuina.It is not advisable to perform Tuina if there is a rash on the selected site.The clinical application has shown effective therapeutic results,with a case attached as the proof.更多还原
