【摘要】 目的：了解湖南省居民中医药健康文化知识素养水平状况及其影响因素。方法：采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样方法抽取湖南省15～69岁常住居民进行调查分析，通过《中国公民中医药健康文化素养调查问卷》获取调查对象中医药健康文化知识素养水平现况，采用二元Logistic回归剖析其影响因素。结果：共调查14个调查点3 365人，有效问卷3 365份。2022年湖南省居民中医药健康文化知识加权后素养水平为27.89%，其中中医药健康文化基本理念、公众适宜方法、健康生活方式、文化常识和信息理解能力等5个维度加权素养水平分别为44.55%、15.25%、40.52%、56.29%和61.89%；多因素分析结果表明，文化程度、职业、家庭人均年收入为本省居民中医药健康文化知识素养水平独立影响因素。其中文化程度[OR=1.500,95%CI(1.359,1.656)]及家庭人均年收入[OR=1.226,95%CI(1.097,1.371])越高者，居民中医药健康文化素养水平越高；教师和医务人员具备中医药健康素养可能性分别是农民3.291倍[95%CI(1.266,8.557)]和1.997倍[95%CI(1.084,3.679)]。结论：湖南省居民中医药健康文化知识素养水平总体状况较好，但受到文化程度、职业及家庭人均年收入等因素影响，需采取针对性措施，着重加强农民、文化水平及经济水平较低人群的中医药健康文化的宣传教育工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the level of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) health literacy and its influencing factors among residents in Hunan Province. Methods: A stratified multi-stage random sampling method was used to selected the residents among Hunan Province aged 15-69 years old. The survey was conducted on the current levels of the TCM health literacy by using "Questionnaire on Chinese Citizens’ Health Culture Literacy of TCM", and binary logistic regression to analyse its influencing factors. Results: A total of 3 365 people from 14 survey sites were surveyed, and 3 365 valid questionnaires were collected. In 2022, the weighted level of the TCM health literacy of residents in Hunan Province was 27.89%, including 44.55%, 15.25%, 40.52%,56.29% and 61.89% of the basic concept of the TCM health culture, public appropriate methods, healthy lifestyle, cultural knowledge and information understanding ability. The results of multi-factor analysis showed that education level, occupation and per capital annual income of households were the independent influencing factors on the level of the TCM health cultural literacy of residents in Hunan Province. The higher the education level [OR=1.500, 95% CI(1.359, 1.656)] and the per capital annual income of households [OR=1.226, 95% CI(1.097, 1.371)], the higher the level of TCM health cultural literacy of residents; Teachers and medical staff were 3.291 times [95% CI(1.266, 8.557)] and 1.997 times [95% CI(1.084, 3.679)] more than farmers to possess TCM health literacy, respectively. Conclusion: The overall level of knowledge literacy of TCM health culture among residents in Hunan Province is good, but it is affected by factors such as education level, occupation and per capita annual income of the family. Targeted measures should be taken to strengthen the publicity and education of TCM health culture among farmers, people with low education level and economic level.更多还原
