经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者主观压力感知对健康促进行为的影响
Impact of Perceived Stress on Health-Promoting Behaviors in Patients After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
【摘要】 目的 基于经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者主观压力感知水平及健康促进行为的现状,探讨患者的主观压力感知水平对健康促进行为的影响。方法 2022年5—8月采用一般资料调查表、压力知觉量表和健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ对某三甲医院心血管内科4个病区便利抽取的207例PCI术后患者进行横断面调查。结果 受调查患者的健康促进行为和主观压力感知平均得分分别为(130.2±21.6)和(40.9±7.5)分,健康促进行为和主观压力感知在一定程度上存在正相关关系。多因素分析显示:年龄、首次介入治疗时间和主观压力感知是PCI术后患者健康促进行为的主要影响因素。结论 PCI术后患者主观压力感知处于中等水平,患者的健康促进行为有待提高。适度的压力感知对PCI术后患者的健康促进行为具有积极的影响。医护人员应制定针对性的护理措施,以期提高患者的健康促进行为水平。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of patients’ subjective stress perception level on health promotion behavior based on the current situation of patients’ subjective stress perception level and health promotion behavior after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods From May to August 2022, a cross-sectional study was conducted among 207 patients after PCI conveniently selected from 4 wards of the cardiovascular department of a Grade A Class Three Hospital using the general data questionnaire, stress perception scale and health promotion lifestyle scale Ⅱ.Results The mean scores of health promotion behavior and subjective stress perception were(130.2±21.6) and(40.9±7.5), respectively, and there was a positive correlation between health promotion behavior and subjective stress perception. Multivariate analysis showed that age, time of first intervention and subjective pressure perception were the main influencing factors of health promotion behavior in patients after PCI.Conclusion The subjective stress perception in patients after PCI is at a moderate level, and their health promotion behavior of patients needs to be improved. Moderate stress perception has a positive impact on the health promotion behavior in patients after PCI. Medical staff should develop targeted nursing measures to improve the health promotion behavior level of patients.
