【摘要】 目的 ：探讨IL-33基因rs7044343、rs3939286位点多态性和川崎病（KD）及川崎病并发冠状动脉损伤（CAL）的相关性。方法 ：选取2016年―2021年间在中南大学湘雅三医院儿科就诊的KD患儿（KD组）共100例，另选取同期同年龄健康儿童（健康对照组）100例，采用聚合酶链式反应（PCR）检测IL-33基因rs7044343、rs3939286位点多态性。结果 ：川崎病组与健康对照组比较，IL-33基因rs7044343、rs3939286位点的基因频率及基因型均无明显差异；川崎病组中，CAL组与非CAL组之间亦无显著性差异。结论 ：未发现IL-33基因rs7044343、rs3939286位点多态性与川崎病起病以及川崎病并发冠状动脉损伤存在明显关联性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between polymorphism of rs7044343 and rs3939286 of IL-33 gene and Kawasaki disease(KD) and KD complicated with coronary artery lesion(CAL). Methods A total of 100 children with KD who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics of the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from 2016 to 2021, and 100 healthy children with the same age at the same time were selected to detect the polymorphism of rs7044343 and rs3939286of IL-33 gene by polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results The frequency and genotype of IL-33 gene between Kawasaki disease group and healthy control group were almost equivalent. In Kawasaki disease group, there was no obvious difference between CAL group and non-CAL group. Conclusion The polymorphism of loci rs7044343 and rs3939286 in IL-33 gene has no significant correlation with Kawasaki disease and it complicated with coronary artery injury.更多还原
