【摘要】 目的 评价新型冠状病毒感染（新冠感染，COVID-19）疫情对周口市结核病患者发现影响，为及时调整周口市结核病防控措施提供科学依据。方法 通过“结核病信息管理系统”导出2017-2021年周口市登记结核病患者病案信息，采用描述性流行病学方法分析结核病流行病学特征，比较新冠感染疫情前后结核病患者发现情况。结果 2017-2021年周口市结核病登记患者数逐年下降，登记率由52.94/10万下降到27.39/10万（P<0.05），新冠感染疫情前后登记率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；年递降率新冠感染疫情前后分别为6.67%和22.92%；主动发现率（3.21%）较新冠感染疫情前减少7.08%(P<0.05)；就诊延误率（45.25%）较新冠感染疫情前增加5.82%(P<0.05)。结论 新冠感染疫情的流行与控制期间，周口市结核病患者登记率明显下降，结核病发现水平降低。应借鉴新冠感染疫情防控经验，积极统筹结核病防控工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on the detection of tuberculosis patients for providing scientific evidence for timely adjustment of tuberculosis prevention and control measures in Zhoukou. Methods The registration information of TB in Zhoukou from 2017 to 2021 was extracted from the TB Information Management System. The descriptive epidemiological method was used for analysis, and the detection of TB patients before and during COVID-19 epidemic was compared. Results From 2017 to 2021, the number of registered tuberculosis patients in Zhoukou decreased year by year, and the registration rate dropped from 52.94/105to 27.39/105(P <0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the registration rate before and during COVID-19 epidemic(P<0.05). The annual decline rate was 22.92% during COVID-19 and6.67% before COVID-19 epidemic; the active detection rate was 3.21% during COVID-19, dropping by 7.08% compared to that before COVID-19(P<0.05); the rate of patient delay was 45.25% during COVID-19, increasing by 5.82% compared with that before COVID-19 epidemic(P<0.05). Conclusions During the epidemic and control period of COVID-19, the registration rate of tuberculosis patients in Zhoukou decreased significantly, and the level of tuberculosis detection decreased. The experience of COVID-19 prevention and control should be learned, and the prevention and control of tuberculosis should be actively coordinated.更多还原
