F45MnVS非调质钢增氮工艺研究

【摘要】 为研究[S]含量0.035%~0.075%的铝镇静钢在真空炉处理过程中使用氮气作为提升气体进行增氮效率是否可行,某厂在120 t真空炉工序通过改变提升气体种类、调整真空度(控制在20000~30000 Pa)、提高环流量(1500 NL/min)进行氮气循环增氮工艺实验。工业实验表明,氮气吸收率平均值达到20.9%,氮元素的质量分数平均值0.0122%,实现了可以不使用合金增氮。

【Abstract】 In order to study whether it is feasible to use nitrogen as lifting gas for increasing nitrogen efficiency of aluminum killed steel with [S] content of 0.035% ~ 0.075% during vacuum furnace treatment, nitrogen circulation nitrogen increasing process test was carried out by changing the type of lifting gas, adjusting the vacuum degree(controlled between 20000~30000 Pa) and increasing the circulating flow(1500 NL/min) in the 120 t vacuum furnace process. The industrial experiment shows that the average nitrogen increasing efficiency is 20.9%, and the average mass fraction of nitrogen element is 0.0122%.
