【摘要】 目的 探讨抗病毒药物治疗头晕、平衡障碍患者的疗效及影响因素。方法 回顾性分析2018-01—2021-12于平顶山市第一人民医院神经内科收治的224例头晕、平衡障碍患者临床资料，观察抗病毒药物治疗的效果及影响因素。结果 224例头晕、平衡障碍患者经抗病毒药物治疗后，痊愈率为58.48%，有效率97.77%；随访预后痊愈率为76.34%，预后有效率98.65%。按患者年龄、性别、严重程度、病程急慢性、抗病毒疗程分层比较预后情况，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 前庭神经急、慢性炎症可能是头晕、平衡障碍的主要原因，抗病毒治疗是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the outcomes of antiviral therapy on dizziness and balance disorders and to find out its contributing factors. Methods Records of 224 patients with dizziness and balance disorders who were treated with antiviral therapy,from January 2018 to December 2021 at the First People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan,were retrospectively analyzed. The effects and influencing factors of antiviral drug treatment were observed. Results 224 patients with dizziness and balance disorders treated with antiviral therapy,and the total cure rate was 58.48%,the total effective rate was 97.77%;the prognosis cure rate was 76.34%,the total prognosis effective rate was 98.65%. There was no significant difference in the prognosis of vestibular neuritis in age,sex,severity,acute or chronic course of disease and course of antiviral therapy(P > 0.05). Conclusion Acute and chronic inflammation of vestibular nerve may be the main cause of dizziness and balance disorder,and antiviral treatment is feasible.更多还原
