洞庭湖生态经济区乡村一二三产业融合发展时空演变分析
Analysis of Spatio-Temporal Evolution for Integrated Development of Rural Primary,Secondary and Tertiary Industries in Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone
【摘要】 建立乡村一二三产业融合评价指标体系,运用熵权法、耦合协调度法和空间自相关分析法,研究2010—2019年洞庭湖生态经济区33个县市区乡村一二三产业融合发展水平的时空差异变化。研究表明:从时间序列分析来看,洞庭湖生态经济区乡村一二三产业融合发展水平总体呈上升趋势,耦合协调度从起步阶段的濒临失调水平提升到稳定阶段的中级协调水平,且具有阶段性发展特征;从空间布局分析来看,洞庭湖生态经济区乡村一二三产业的融合发展度和耦合协调度具有非均衡性特征,呈“东南高-西北低”格局分布;从时空关联分析来看,2010—2019年洞庭湖生态经济区的耦合发展度在空间上具有正向集聚特征,呈“东南高-北低”格局分布,即HH型聚集在生态经济区东南部,LL型聚集在生态经济区北部。因此,建议培育现代乡村产业体系,构建区域利益联结机制,强化高水平耦合地区的优势辐射功能,以促进洞庭湖生态经济区乡村一二三产业融合发展,推进乡村产业振兴。
【Abstract】 This study established an evaluation index system for the integration of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and used the entropy weight method, coupling coordination degree method and spatial autocorrelation analysis method to analyze spatio-temporal differences in the development level of the integration of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries in 33 counties, cities and districts of Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone from 2010 to 2019. The study results showed that, from the perspective of time series analysis, the integrated development level of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries in Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone was generally on the rise, and the degree of coupling coordination increased from the level of near imbalance in the initial stage to the intermediate level of coordination in the stable stage, with characteristics of phased development. From the perspective of spatial layout analysis, the integrated development degree and coupling coordination degree of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries in Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone had non-equilibrium characteristics, and were distributed in a pattern of "high in the southeast and low in the northwest". From the perspective of spatio-temporal correlation analysis, the coupling development degree of Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone from 2010 to 2019 had positive agglomeration characteristics in the space, and presented a pattern of "high in the southeast and low in the north", that is, HH-type agglomeration was in the southeast of the ecological economic zone, and LL-type agglomeration was in the north of the ecological economic zone. Therefore, the study suggests cultivating a modern rural industrial system, building a regional interest linkage mechanism, and strengthening the radiation function of high-level coupling regions’ advantages, so as to promote the integrated development of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries in Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone and promote the revitalization of rural industries.
