【摘要】 我国从1999年开始实施扩大高校招生规模的政策，高等教育结构也随之嬗变。20多年来，在适应产业调整、追求教育公平、建设教育强国、坚持以生为本、寻求科类平衡嬗变动力的推动下，我国高等教育结构进行了较大幅度的调整。然而，结构调整仍面临诸多现实困境：层次结构不合理、形式结构尚未衔接贯通、科类专业壁垒依然存在等。针对这些影响高等教育内涵式发展的困境，高等教育结构调整应该遵循创新驱动、共建共享、协调融合的优化路径，助推高等教育发展行稳致远。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1999, China has implemented the policy of expanding the enrollment scale of colleges and universities, and the structure of higher education has changed accordingly. Over the past two decades, under the impetus of transmutation power of adapting to industrial adjustment, pursuing education fairness, building a leading country in education, adhering to student-oriented, and seeking disciplinary balance, the structure of higher education in China has been adjusted to a great extent. However, there are still numerous practical difficulties, such as unreasonable hierarchical structure, unconnected formal structure, and existing barriers to disciplines and majors. In response to these practical dilemmas affecting the connotative development of higher education, the adjustment of higher education structure should follow the optimized paths of innovation-driven, co-construction and sharing, and coordination and integration, so as to promote the stability and long-term development of higher education.更多还原
