己基咔唑衍生物电化学传感器制备及Mn2+检测应用
Preparation of N-hexyl Carbazole Derivative Electrochemical Sensor and Applications for Mn2+ Detection
【摘要】 采用vilsmeier甲酰化和羟醛缩合法合成N-己基咔唑衍生物,通过红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振氢谱对化合物结构进行表征确证;采用滴涂法制备N-己基咔唑/r GO/GCE复合电极,通过循环伏安曲线测试和阻抗测试进行表征;采用循环伏安检测Mn2+。结果表明HD4/r GO/GCE对Mn2+电化学响应较好。在扫描速度50 m V/s、p H=4的优化条件下,Mn2+浓度在2~200μmol/L线性关系良好,最低检测限为0.298μmol/L(S/N=3)。选取最优修饰电极用于Mn2+标准品测定,加标回收率为98.0%~101.0%。结果表明HD4/r GO/GCE具有良好的稳定性、重复性和抗干扰性。
【Abstract】 N-hexyl carbazole derivatives were synthesized through vilsmeier formylation and hydroxyl acetylation.The structures of the compounds were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.N-hexyl carbazole/r GO/GCE composite electrode was prepared by drip coating method and characterized by cyclic voltammetry curve and impedance test.Cyclic voltammetry was used to detect Mn2+.The results showed that HD4/r GO/GCE had the best electrochemical response to Mn2+.Under the best experimental conditions of the optimal scanning speed was 50 m V/s and the p H was 4,Mn2+concentration showed a good linear relationship between2~200μmol/L and the lowest detection limit was 0.298μmol/L (S/N=3).The optimal modified electrode was selected for the determination of Mn2+standard,and the recoveries were 98.0%~101.0%.The results showed that HD4/r GO/GCE had good stability,repeatability and anti-interference.
