【摘要】 新型城镇化是促进我国经济发展的重要战略之一。基于2013—2019年各地区的新型城镇化和企业数据，采用面板数据模型实证探讨新型城镇化对企业全要素生产率的影响。研究结论表明：整体上，新型城镇化对企业全要素生产率的影响呈现倒“U”型关系，但目前拐点未至，表现出显著的正向作用；东、中和西部地区新型城镇化推进均显著促进了企业全要素生产率提升，区域异质性不明显；新型城镇化对不同行业的全要素生产率影响存在差异性，新型城镇化显著提升了工业和商业部门的全要素生产率，但对房地产行业的影响并不显著。各地区各行业应依照实际发展情况，稳步高效推进新型城镇化建设，提高企业全要素生产率，促进我国经济高质量增长。更多还原

【Abstract】 New urbanization is one of the important strategies to promote China’s economic development. Based on the data of new urbanization and enterprises in various regions from 2013 to 2019,this paper empirically discusses the impact of new urbanization on enterprise total factor productivity by using panel data model. The results show that the impact of new urbanization on total factor productivity of enterprises shows an inverted“U”relationship; However, the inflection point is nlt yet reached, showing a significant positive effect. The promotion of new urbanization in the eastern, central and western regions has significantly promoted the total factor productivity of enterprises, and the regional heterogeneity is not obvious. The impact of new urbanization on the total factor productivity of different industries is different. New urbanization significantly improves the total factor productivity of industry and commerce, but the impact on the real estate industry is not significant. Based on the research conclusion, this paper points out that all regions and industries should steadily and efficiently promote the construction of new urbanization according to the actual development situation, improve the total factor productivity of enterprises and promote the high-quality growth of China’s economy.更多还原
