【摘要】 目的：评估精细化护理在颅内动脉瘤介入手术围手术期中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年1月—2020年12月南阳市中心医院收治的112例颅内动脉瘤介入治疗的患者作为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组，每组各56例。对照组采用神经外科的常规护理方法，研究组在对照组的基础上实施精细化护理，比较两组患者手术前后血压、并发症发生率和生活质量。结果：手术后两组患者收缩压和舒张压均降低，研究组收缩压差值和舒张压差值明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=4.429、16.326,P<0.05）。研究组腹腔感染、尿潴留、脏器衰竭和切开感染的发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=13.627,P<0.05）。手术后研究组简明生活质量调查表（SF-36）各维度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=12.929、15.604、14.287、10.258、6.823、11.416、14.946、8.345,P<0.05）。结论：精细化护理有利于颅内动脉瘤介入手术围手术期血压的控制，降低并发症的发生，提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of meticulous nursing care in the perioperative period of interventional surgery for intracranial aneurysm.Methods:112 patients admitted to the hospital for intracranial aneurysm intervention from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with56 cases in each group. The control group used the conventional care methods of neurosurgery, and the study group implemented fine care on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure, complication rate and quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared before and after surgery.Results:After surgery, both systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups, and the difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=4.429,16.326,P<0.05). The incidence of abdominal infection, urinary retention, organ failure and incisional infection was lower in the study group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.627, P<0.05). The postoperative SF-36 quality of life scores of all dimensions were higher in the study group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=12.929, 15.604, 14.287, 10.258, 6.823, 11.416,14.946,8.345,P<0.05).Conclusion:Refined care facilitates the control of blood pressure in the perioperative period of intracranial aneurysm intervention, reduces the occurrence of complications, and improves the quality of life of patients.更多还原
