【摘要】 目的：构建腕管综合征术后患者镜像疗法的康复护理方案，为镜像疗法康复实践提供参考。方法：以“结构—过程—结果”模型为理论基础，在文献检索和专家会议的基础上构建腕管综合征术后患者镜像疗法的康复护理方案初稿，对15名专家进行2轮德尔菲函询确定方案终稿。结果：2轮函询的问卷回收率分别为93.75%和100.00%，专家权威系数分别为0.913、0.920。第2轮专家函询后三级指标的专家协调系数分别为0.442、0.449、0.420，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），最终构建的方案包括3项一级指标，12项二级指标，32项三级指标。结论：构建的镜像疗法康复护理方案具有可靠性、科学性和实用性，能为腕管综合征术后患者的功能康复提供参考与指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To construct a rehabilitation care program for mirror therapy in postoperative patients with carpal tunnel syndrome to provide a reference for mirror therapy rehabilitation practice. Methods: Based on the “structure-process-outcome” model, the first draft of the rehabilitation care program for postoperative patients with carpal tunnel syndrome was constructed based on a literature search and expert meetings, and the final draft was determined by two rounds of Delphi consultations with 15experts. Results: The questionnaire recall rates of the 2 rounds of correspondence inquiries were 93.75% and 100.00%, and the expert authority coefficients were 0.913 and 0.920, respectively. The expert coordination coefficients for the three levels of indicators after the 2nd round of expert correspondence were 0.442, 0.449, and 0.420, respectively, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The final constructed program includes 3 primary indicators, 12 secondary indicators, and 32 tertiary indicators. Conclusion: The constructed rehabilitation care program of mirror therapy is reliable, scientific and practical, and can provide reference and guidance for the functional rehabilitation of postoperative patients with carpal tunnel syndrome.更多还原
