小鼠BMAL1蛋白的生物信息学分析

【摘要】 目的:为了解小鼠BMAL1蛋白的结构和功能。方法:从NCBI数据库中获取小鼠BMAL1蛋白氨基酸序列,利用TMHMM Server v. 2.0、ExPAsy、InterPro等在线软件分析其生物学特征,并通过STRING构建BMAL1蛋白相互作用网络。结果:BMAL1蛋白是由626个氨基酸构成,进化过程保守的不稳定亲水性蛋白。该蛋白二级结构主要为无规则卷曲,存在多个磷酸化和乙酰化位点,其相互作用蛋白大多与心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)相关。结论:通过分析BMAL1蛋白结构和功能,提示其在动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)以及CVD疾病中具有潜在临床价值。

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the structure and function of mouse BMAL1 protein. Methods: The amino acid sequence of mouse BMAL1 protein was obtained from NCBI database, and its biological characteristics were analyzed by TMHMM Server v. 2.0, ExPAsy, InterPro and other online software, and the BMAL1 protein interaction network was constructed by STRING.Results: BMAL1 protein was an unstable hydrophilic protein composed of 626 amino acids and conserved by evolution. The secondary structure of this protein was mainly random curling, there were multiple phosphorylation and acetylation sites, and most of the interacting proteins were related to CVD. Conclusion: The analysis of the structure and function of BMAL1 protein suggests its potential clinical value in AS and CVD diseases.
