【摘要】 目的 探讨前列腺癌(PCa)内分泌治疗患者恐惧疾病进展与疾病不确定感的相关性。方法 采用便利抽样法选取2019-04—2020-03河南省人民医院泌尿外科行内分泌治疗的120例PCa患者为研究对象，采用一般资料问卷、恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoPQ-SF)和疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)进行调查。结果 共收回有效问卷116份。116例患者的FoPQ-SF得分为(41.16±9.26)分(范围：30～55分),其中心理功能失调49例，占41.9%。MUIS得分为(78.63±9.08)分(范围：62～98分),处于中等水平。MUIS各维度得分及总分与FoPQ-SF得分均呈正相关，其中与复杂维度相关性最高(r=0.540)。结论 PCa内分泌治疗患者恐惧疾病进展水平较高，医务人员应采取多形式健康教育，改善患者疾病认知，降低疾病不确定感和恐惧疾病进展水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between fear of disease progression and disease uncertainty in patients with prostate cancer(PCa) undergoing endocrine therapy.Methods A total of 120 PCa patients who underwent endocrine therapy in the Department of Urology, Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected by convenience sampling method. General information questionnaire, Fear of Progression Questionnaire-short form(FoPQ-SF) and Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS) were used to investigate.Results A total of 116 valid questionnaires were collected. The FoPQ-SF score of 116 patients with endocrine therapy for prostate cancer was(41.16±9.26) points(range: 30-55 points), among which 49 patients with mental dysfunction accounted for 41.9%. The total score of MUIS was(78.63±9.08) points(range: 62-98 points), which was in the middle level. The score and total score of MUIS were positively correlated with FoPQ-SF score, and the correlation with complex dimension was the highest(r=0.540).Conclusion Patients with PCa endocrine therapy have a high level of fear of disease progression, and medical staff should adopt multiple forms of health education to improve patients’ disease cognition, reduce patients’ disease uncertainty, and then reduce the level of fear disease progression.更多还原
