【摘要】 目的 探讨膝关节液炎性因子IL-1β、TNF-α表达水平与膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)K-L分级的关系。方法 收集KOA患者250例，根据膝关节正侧位X线片及K-L分级分为Ⅰ级组、Ⅱ级组、Ⅲ级组、Ⅳ级组。采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测4组患者膝关节液标本IL-1β和TNF-α的表达水平。分析KOA的K-L分期与膝关节液炎性因子的关系。结果 KOA患者膝关节液IL-1β和TNF-α的水平随K-L分级的增高显著增加(P<0.05);非参数检验表明，除Ⅰ、Ⅱ级组IL-1β表达水平之间，其余组间的IL-1β和TNF-α表达水平均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 KOA患者膝关节液中IL-1β和TNF-α的水平较高，且其表达水平与K-L分级密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between Kellgren Lawrence(KOA) K-L grading in knee osteoarthritis and interleukin-1β in knee joint fluid(Interleukin-1 β,IL-1 β). And tumor necrosis factor-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α) The relationship between expression levels.Methods Totally 250 KOA patients were collected and divided into grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ, grade Ⅲ, and grade IV group based on knee joint anterolateral X-ray and K-L grading. IL-1β in knee joint fluid samples from four groups of patients was detected using double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) And TNF-α level of expression.
