再生粗骨料沙漠砂混凝土配合比试验研究

【摘要】 为探究将沙漠砂与再生粗骨料结合应用配制混凝土的可行性,设计四因素三水平正交试验,进行再生粗骨料沙漠砂混凝土和易性和抗压强度试验,分析水胶比、砂率、沙漠砂替代率和再生粗骨料替代率对再生粗骨料沙漠砂混凝土和易性、7 d与28 d抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:采用再生粗骨料部分替代天然粗骨料、沙漠砂部分替代中砂配制混凝土是可行的。从强度与和易性角度出发,得到C30混凝土最优配合比为水胶比0.4、砂率28%、沙漠砂替代率40%和再生粗骨料替代率50%。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the feasibility of using desert sand and recycled coarse aggregate to prepare concrete,a four-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment was designed.Workability and compressive strength experiments were carried out to analyze the influence of water-binder ratio,sand ratio,desert sand replacement ratio and recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio on the workability,7 d and 28 d compressive strength of recycled coarse aggregate desert sand concrete.Experiment results showed that it was feasible to use recycled coarse aggregate and desert sand partially to replace natural stone and medium sand respectively to prepare concrete.In the term of compressive strength and workability,the optimal mixture ratio of C30 concrete was water-binder ratio of 0.4,sand ratio of 28%,desert sand replacement ratio of 40% and recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio of 50%.
