【摘要】 目的 调查我国重症监护室护士体外膜肺氧合培训现状及需求。方法 采用分层抽样方法选取2022年5—6月山东、广东、河南等12个省市，共计584名ICU护士为调查对象。采用自行设计的ICU护士ECMO培训现状及需求调查问卷进行横断面调查。结果584名ICU护士中285名（48.80%）曾参加ECMO培训，390名（66.78%）存在ECMO培训需求；96.40%的ICU护士认为有必要构建科学、完整的ECMO护理人员培训体系，然而在ECMO培训现状与需求中，培训内容及形式存在差异。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示，性别、ICU工作年限、所在科室是否开展ECMO技术，医院/领导重视程度是影响ICU护士接受ECMO培训的因素。结论 大部分ICU护士都需要参加科学、完整的ECMO护理人员培训，但ECMO培训覆盖率不高，ECMO培训现状与护士需求存在差异；男性、ICU工作年限长、所在科室开展过ECMO技术及医院/领导重视的护士接受培训的机会增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation and demand of extracorporeal membrane pulmonary oxygenation training for nurses in intensive care units. Methods A total of 584 ICU nurses in 12 provinces and cities, including Shandong, Guangdong and Henan, etc. were selected from May to June 2022 by stratified sampling method. A self-designed questionnaire on the current status and needs of ECMO training for ICU nurses was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey.Results Among the 584 ICU nurses, 285(48.80%) had participated in ECMO training, and 390(66.78%) had ECMO training needs; 96.40% of the ICU nurses believed that it was necessary to build a scientific and complete training system for ECMO nursing staff, however, there were differences in the content and form of training among the current status of ECMO training and needs. The results of multifactorial unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that gender, years of working experience in ICU, whether the departments they work carries out ECMO technology or not, and the degree of importance attached by the hospital/leaders are the factors af fecting ICU nurses’ acceptance of ECMO training. Conclusion Most ICU nurses need to participate in scientific and complete ECMO nursing staff training, but the coverage rate of ECMO training is not high, and there is a discrepancy between the current status of ECMO training and nurses’ needs. the chances of nurses who are male, have long years of working experience in ICU, their departments have carried out ECMO technology, and are valued by hospitals/leaders to receive training are increased.更多还原
