【摘要】 目的 检索、评价并整合经腹宫颈癌根治术患者术后早期活动的最佳证据，为临床实践护理提供参考。方法 通过护理循证方法确立护理工作实践当中的问题，按照“6S”证据模型，检索数据库和相关网站中经腹宫颈癌根治术后早期活动的相关文献，检索时间为建库至2022年3月，由2名完成循证护理培训的研究员对文献进行独立评价、证据提取与证据整合。结果 共纳入10篇文献，其中指南2篇、临床决策1篇、随机对照试验1篇、专家共识3篇、证据总结1篇、文献综述2篇。从术前宣教、术后体位管理、早期活动评估、早期活动计划4个方面总结了19条证据。结论 本研究为规范宫颈癌根治术后早期活动提供循证依据。在临床应用证据时应结合临床实际情况及患者意愿，选择性运用最佳证据，促进宫颈癌根治术患者术后康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To retrieve, evaluate and integrate the best evidence of early postoperative mobilization in patients undergoing abdominal radical cervicectomy, and provide reference for clinical practice nursing.Methods We established the problems in nursing practice through the nursing evidence-based method. According to the "6S" evidence model, we searched databases and related websites for relevant literature on early activities after abdominal radical cervical cancer surgery. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to March 2022. Two researchers who completed evidence-based nursing training conducted independent evaluation,evidence extraction and evidence integration on the literature. Results A total of 10 articles were included,including 2 guideline articles, 1 clinical decision article, 1 randomized controlled trial article, 3 expert consensus articles, 1 evidence summary article, and 2 literature review articles. The 19 pieces of evidence were summarized from 4 aspects of preoperative education, postoperative position management, early mobilization assessment,and early mobilization planning. Conclusion This study provides an evidence-based basis for standardizing early mobilization after radical surgery for cervical cancer. In the clinical application of evidence, the best evidence should be selectively used in combination with the actual clinical situation and the patient’s wishes to promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing radical cervical cancer surgery.更多还原
