基于智能手机的苹果糖度无损检测装置的研制

【摘要】 为解决传统苹果糖度、酸度判定方法多为破坏性检测从而影响销售和食用的问题,本研究从无损检测方面入手,依据近红外光谱定量原理,以红富士苹果作为研究对象,苹果糖度作为检测指标,光电技术为依托,研究设计了基于国产智能手机的实时、快速、低功耗、低成本的苹果糖度无损检测系统。该检测系统具有高效、快捷、无损等特点,在苹果糖度检测方面就有很高的实用价值。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that the traditional detection methods of apple sugar degree and acidity are mostly destructive detection, which affects sales and consumption. Our team started from the aspect of nondestructive testing, based on the quantitative principle of near-infrared spectroscopy, took Red Fuji apple as the research object, apple sugar degree as the detection index, and based on photoelectric technology, studied and designed a real-time, fast, low-power and low-cost apple sugar nondestructive testing system based on domestic smart phones. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, rapidity and non-destructive. It can effectively solve the existing difficulties. It is the development trend of detecting apple sugar content.
