宽幅挠性石棉垫基材板自动翻转机设计

【摘要】 针对在基材板表面辊印商标工艺中,人工翻转石棉垫基材板速慢、劳动强度大、垫板易损坏等现状,设计了一种适用于宽幅挠性石棉垫基材板的自动翻转机.提出了真空吸附、摆动进板、辊压摩擦输送的宽幅挠性薄板翻转工艺,基于多机构协同设计理论,建立了自动翻转机的三维模型,设计了石棉垫基材板自动分层机构、真空吸附摆动进板机构、辊压摩擦输送机构等,设计了翻转机多机构协同工作循环图.采用优化设计理论,优化设计了真空吸附摆动进板机构,确定了三铰链点最优安装位置,使推送气缸推力利用率最大化.自动翻转机具有生产节拍快、稳定性好的优点,可有效解决企业的实际生产问题,并对其他宽幅挠性物料翻转机械的结构设计有一定的启发和借鉴作用.

【Abstract】 In view of the current situation of enterprises in the roller printing trademark process on the surface of substrate board, the manual turning of asbestos mat substrate board was slow, labor-intensive and the mat board is easily damaged, an automatic turning machine for wide flexible asbestos mat substrate board was designed. A three-dimensional model of the automatic turning machine was established based on the multi-agency collaborative design theory, and the automatic layering mechanism of asbestos mat substrate, the vacuum adsorption swing feeding mechanism and the roller friction conveying mechanism were designed, and the multi-agency collaborative working cycle diagram of the turning machine was designed. Using the optimization design theory, the vacuum adsorption swing feed mechanism was optimized, and the optimal installation position of the three hinge points was determined to maximize the utilization of the pushing cylinder thrust. The automatic turning machine has the advantages of fast production tempo and good stability, which can effectively solve the actual production problems of enterprises, and has some inspiration and reference for the structural design of other wide flexible material turning machines.
