【摘要】 党的二十大重点提出要加快建设农业现代化强国，扎实推进人才振兴。但近年来黑龙江省人才流失问题严重，现有的乡村人才难以有效推动振兴产业建设。本文通过分析查阅近年来黑龙江省乡村人才振兴政策，对黑龙江省乡村人才振兴制约因素与路径探析进行研究，针对人才返村就业比例低、乡村人才服务保障体系不完善、农村农业人才培训体系不健全等问题，提出了完善人才回流和外部引进机制、强化乡村留才激励制度、构建育才培训机制等对策，解决乡村人才振兴困境，助力乡村振兴战略稳步推进。更多还原
