黄草地螟生物学特性研究
Study on the Biological Characteristics of Sitochroa verticalis
【摘要】 为明确黄草地螟(Sitochroa verticalis)的生物学特性,采用室内饲养及观察的方法来研究黄草地螟主要生物学特性和生活习性。结果表明,成虫羽化时间主要集中在2:00~8:00。成虫对糖醋酒液有趋性。成虫产卵方式为块产,每卵块含卵粒数为3~48粒,平均卵粒数约为17粒。90%以上的卵块在夜间产出,卵块主要分布在大豆叶片背面及叶片中脉两侧。夜间卵块孵化量大于白天,以18:00~24:00孵化数量最多,占比53.49%。黄草地螟幼虫共5龄,初孵幼虫头宽0.27~0.30 mm,体长1.80~3.50 mm,具群集习性;2~5龄幼虫头宽和体长分别为0.37~0.43 mm,3.95~5.75 mm;0.55~0.75 mm,6.35~9.60 mm;0.95~1.25 mm,10.50~14.50 mm和1.50~1.75 mm,16.70~30.25 mm。预蛹体长为11.34~26.80 mm,蛹体长为7.50~9.25 mm。黄草地螟以老熟幼虫在土壤中做长椭圆形土茧越冬,主要分布在土表深度0~3 cm。研究结果为开展黄草地螟的预测预报和科学防控提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 To clarify the biological characteristics of Sitochroa verticalis,the main biological characteristics and living habits of S.verticalis were studied by indoor rearing and observation.The results showed that eclosion time was mainly from 2:00 to 8:00.The adults showed obvious preference to sugar-acetic-alcohol water.The oviposition mode of adults was mass laying,each egg mass contained 3-48 eggs,and the average number of eggs was about 17.More than 90% of the egg mass were produced at night,the egg mass was mainly distributed on the back of soybean leaves and on both sides of the midvein of soybean leaves.The hatching quantity of egg mass at night was higher than that in the daytime,and the hatching quantity was the largest between 18:00 and 24:00,accounting for 53.49%.There were 5 instars of larvae.The first hatching larvae had a head width of 0.27-0.30 mm and a body length of 1.80-3.50 mm;head width and body length of 2-5 instar larvae were 0.37-0.43 mm and 3.95-5.75 mm;0.55-0.75 mm,6.35-9.60 mm;0.95-1.25 mm,10.50-14.50 mm and 1.50-1.75 mm,16.70-30.25 mm,respectively.The length of the pre-pupa was 11.34-26.80 mm,and the length of the pupa was 7.50-9.25 mm.The old larvae of the S.verticalis overwinter in the soil as long oval cocoons,mainly distributed in the soil surface depth of 0-3 cm.The research results provided a theoretical basis for the prediction and scientific control of S.verticalis.
