知识生产模式转型下大学教学高质量发展的内在逻辑与实践理路
The Internal Logic and Practice Path of High-quality Development of University Teaching Under Transformation of Knowledge Production Modes
【摘要】 高等教育高质量发展的基础和核心是大学教学的高质量发展。本质上,大学教学是以知识为中介的培养专门人才的社会活动,与知识生产存在内在的耦合共构关系。新时代大学教学高质量发展需遵循新旧知识生产模式转型框架及其机理,践行“五重逻辑”:一是教学目标的社会适应性,从偏重知识传授和理论建构到突出创新能力和应用服务;二是教学内容的跨界整合性,从单一学科专业体系到跨/多/超学科的复杂交叉实践;三是教学场域的泛在混合性,从校内空间与固定课堂到内外联通、虚实融合与线上线下结合;四是教学方式的协同交互性,从教师中心的被动式讲授灌输到学生中心的多主体合作探究;五是教学评价的质量多元性,从注重学术导向、知识本位与量化等级到指向社会需求、能力生成与效益增值。实现大学教学高质量发展的理路在于:一是坚持需求本位,造就实践与创新驱动的高质量人才;二是深化交叉融合,促进教学从学科本位向问题导向转换;三是应用数字技术,重混物理、社会与信息空间以创生智慧教学;四是重塑教学方式,基于教学共同体推进多元协同实践;五是促进以评提质,践行多模态和立体化的动态综合评价。
【Abstract】 The foundation and core of the high quality development of higher education is the high quality development of university teaching. In essence, university teaching is a social activity of training specialized talents through the medium of knowledge, which has an inherent coupling and co-construction relationship with knowledge production. The high-quality development of university teaching in the new era needs to follow the transformation framework and mechanism of the new and old knowledge production mode, and practice the “five logic”: the social adaptiveness of teaching objectives: emphasis on things from knowledge imparted and theoretical construction to innovation ability and application service; the cross-boundary integration of teaching content: from a single discipline professional system to the complex cross-practice across/multiple/super-disciplines; the omnipresent mixture of teaching field: from campus space and fixed classroom to internal and external connection, virtual-real integration and combination of online and offline; the cooperative interaction of teaching methods: from teacher-centered and passive teaching indoctrination to student-centered and multi-subject cooperative exploration; the quality diversity of teaching evaluation: from focusing on academic orientation, knowledge orientation and quantitative grade to pointing to social needs, ability generation and benefit increment. The way to realize the high quality development of university teaching lies in: adhering to the demand orientation, and cultivating high-quality talents driven by practice and innovation; deepening cross integration and realizing the transformation of teaching from subject-oriented to problem-oriented; applying digital technology, and remixing physical, social and information space to create smart teaching; remodeling teaching methods, and promoting diverse collaborative practice based on teaching community; promoting to improve quality through evaluation and practicing multi-modal and three-dimensional dynamic comprehensive evaluation.
