【Abstract】 Teaching ability is the professional ability that must be possessed by workers engaged in teaching and educating people. Core literacy is a comprehensive evaluation of students’ character, values and abilities. Based on the current situation of the training mode of biological science majors in normal colleges and universities in my country, this paper proposes to construct a teaching ability training mode for biological science majors under the core literacy of biology from the perspectives of vocational cognitive ability, teaching skills and teaching ability evaluation system, etc. The teaching skills of scientific professionals provide theoretical and practical basis for enhancing the pertinence and adaptability of the training of normal students, and ensuring that future basic education practitioners meet the corresponding quality requirements.更多还原
