一步细管冷冻解冻牛胚胎移植效果试验

【摘要】 胚胎移植技术为家畜快速扩繁提质增速的同时也存在着诸多问题,其中因移植受胎率直接影响产犊数而备受关注。为进一步提高一步细管冷冻胚胎移植受胎率,试验选取同批次同等级冷冻胚胎及体况相近受体牛200头,以直接一步法解冻后移植为对照组,脱冷冻保护剂复苏鉴定移植受体牛为试验组,在2022年6月—2023年3月间的3个不同时间段共进行了3次对比试验,每次试验使用200头牛中的不同个体,探究冷冻胚胎解冻后脱冷冻保存液复苏鉴定对移植效果的影响。结果表明:试验组胚胎在第30,60天的移植受胎率均超过45%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。说明冷冻胚胎脱冷冻保护剂鉴定可显著提高移植受胎率,对于胚胎移植效果有积极影响,利于胚胎移植技术在奶牛生产中的大规模商业应用。

【Abstract】 Embryo transfer technology can increase the multiplication and quality of livestock rapidly, but there are also some problems, such as the transplanting rate can directly affect the number of transplanted calves, so it has attracted much attention. In order to further improve the conception rate of one-step transfer of frozen-thawed bovine embryos, 200 recipient cows with similar body condition and the same quality of frozen embryos were selected in this study. With one-step transplant recipients as the control group and transplant recipients identified by unfreezing protectant resuscitation as the experimental group, the experiments were carried out by using different cows in three periods from June 2022 to March 2023 to explore the impact of resuscitation identification of frozen-thawed embryos on the transplantation effect. The results showed that the conception rate in the experimental group both at 30 and 60 d was over 45%,significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that resuscitation identification could significantly improve the conception rate by embryo transfer and have a positive impact on the effectiveness of embryo transfer, and facilitate the large-scale commercial application of embryo transfer technology in dairy industry.
