【Abstract】 Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts, this paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems of the construction of off-campus practice base for public administration majors, that is, the few hours of practice teaching, the lack of attention of the practice base and the low enthusiasm of students to participate in practice teaching. The reasons for its formation are discussed, and then the construction path is put forward, including improving the setting of practical teaching links in the training program, strengthening the training of “double-qualified” teachers, establishing and improving the management mechanism of practical teaching base, and changing the attitude of students, so as to cultivate students’ practical ability through the construction of off-campus practice base, which meets the requirements of the construction of new liberal arts.更多还原
