【摘要】 目的 汉化死胎病耻感量表并检验其信效度。方法 通过文化调试、专家咨询、预调查，形成中文版量表，并采用便利抽样法对349例经历围产期丧失的产妇进行问卷调查，检验量表的信效度。结果 中文版量表共20个条目，探索性因子分析提取4个公因子，累计方差贡献率为68.46%;验证性因子分析模型拟合度χ~2/df为1.611,RMSEA为0.053,GFI为0.895;量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.920,折半信度为0.820,重测信度为0.809;量表水平的平均内容效度指数为0.975,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.833～1.000;效标效度关联系数为-0.379。结论 中文版死胎病耻感量表具有良好的信效度，可作为衡量围产期丧失母亲病耻感的测评工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To translate the English version of the Stillbirth Stigma Scale(SSS) into Chinese, and test its reliability and validity.Methods The Chinese version SSS was developed through cultural debugging, expert consultation, and pre-surveys, and questionnaire was conducted among 349 women experiencing perinatal loss using convenience sampling to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The Chinese version SSS consisted of 20 entries, and 4 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 68.46%.The validated factor analysis model fit was 1.611 for χ~2/df,0.053 for RMSEA,0.895 for GFI.The total Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.920,and the folded half reliability was 0.820,and retest reliability was 0.809,respectively.The scale-level content validity index/average was 0.975,and item-level content validity index ranged from 0.833 to 1.000.The criterion validity correlation coefficient was-0.379.Conclusion The Chinese version SSS has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a measure of stigma in patients with perinatal loss.更多还原
