【摘要】 目的 调查临床护士的工作满意度与护理工作环境现状，分析护理工作环境对护士工作满意度的影响。方法 采用一般资料问卷、护士工作满意度量表和护理工作环境量表对1 178名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果 88.54%的受调查者对其从事的工作表示满意，临床护士对工作环境的总体评分为(3.56±0.42)分。多水平模型分析结果显示，护理工作环境中护士对医院事务的参与度及人力物力的充分性对其工作满意度具有正向预测作用。结论 护士工作满意度较高，护理工作环境总体较好；管理者应针对不同的科室特点，从护士的工作参与度和人力物力配置着手以进一步提高临床护士的工作满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical nurses’ job satisfaction and the practice environment, and analyze the influence of practice environment on nurses’ job satisfaction.Methods A total of 1 178 clinical nurses were investigated by general information questionnaire, Nurse Job Satisfaction Scale and Nursing Work Environment Scale.Results A total of 88.54% of nurses were satisfied with their work, and the overall score of clinical nurses on the practice environment were(3.56±0.42).The results of multi-level model analysis showed that the involvement of nurses in hospital affairs and the adequacy of human and material resources in practice environment had a positive predictive effect on their job satisfaction. Conclusion The nurses ’ job satisfaction is higher and practice environment is generally better.Nursing manager should improve the job satisfaction with job participation and allocation of manpower and material based on different clinic department.更多还原
