一款电池管理芯片的硬件测试平台设计与实现
Design and implementation of a hardware test platform for a battery management chip
【摘要】 针对电池管理芯片的硬件测试平台进行了设计,根据待测芯片的功能和多种工作模式,基于模块化的设计思想对硬件测试平台的各电路模块进行了设计,完成了系统板开发与测试验证。为了保证测试平台的功能完整性,将硬件测试平台划分为监测功能测试电路模块、通用功能测试电路模块、控制和保护功能测试电路模块三个主要部分,分别对应待测芯片监测、保护和控制三类关键功能。通过待测芯片预留的I~2C接口,使用I~2C总线实现测试板与通信模块之间的通信,通信模块采用STM32开发板作为核心处理器,通过大量的I/O接口解决了数据通信的问题。为实现上位机对测试系统平台的控制,通过PC机接口传输测试向量和测试数据完成具体的测试工作。根据设计制作实现PCB板,结合上位机测试所得数据,与硬件测试设备所测数据进行对比分析,完成了硬件测试平台的功能检测。
【Abstract】 The hardware test platform for the battery management chip is designed. The hardware circuit modules of the hardware test platform are designed according to the functions of the chip to be tested, multiple working modes and modular design ideas. The system board development and test verification are completed. In order to ensure the functional integrity of the test platform, the hardware test platform is divided into three parts, monitoring function test circuit module, general function test circuit module, control and protection function test circuit module, which correspond to the three key functions of monitoring, protection and control of the chip. According to the type of communication interface through the I~2C interface reserved by the chip, the I~2C bus is adopted to implement the communication between the test board and the communication module. The communication module adopts the STM32 development board as the core processor, which solves the problem of data communication through a large number of I/O interfaces and provides the possibility of chip parallel testing. To realize the control of the test system platform by the upper computer, the specific test work is completed by transferring the test vector and test data through the PC interface. PCB board is produced according to the design. By comparing the data obtained from the upper computer test and hardware test equipment measured data, the functional testing of the hardware test platform is complete.
