【Abstract】 The postgraduate training program serves as a quality assurance system and a fundamental instructional document in the education of postgraduates.The development of postgraduate talent is vital to the advancement of life sciences.It is a prerequisite for the excellence of postgraduate training in higher education institutions and an indispensable requirement for reform and innovation in postgraduate education.This paper thoroughly analyzes the issues in the current postgraduate training program for biology,a first-level discipline in the College of Life Science and Technology of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University.Finally,targeted solutions are proposed to address these issues.更多还原
