【摘要】 为引导动物医学专业的学生高效学习《动物性食品卫生学》基础专业课程，该文以生猪屠宰检疫之旋毛虫检查实验为案例教学设计，通过选取具体案例、解析知识点、案例实施、效果评价等措施，培养学生将理论知识运用于实践的能力。案例教学充分提高学生的主动性和参与性，加强课程的教学效果与质量，丰富课程教学内容，以期为相关课程案例库建设提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to guide veterinary medicine students to effectively learn the basic professional course of Animal Derived Food Hygiene,the experiment of trichinella spiralis examination in pig slaughtering and quarantine was selected as the object to conduct the case teaching design.Though selecting specific cases,analyzing knowledge points,case implementation,effect evaluation and other measures,students would be trained to apply theoretical knowledge to practice.The case teaching method fully enhanced the student’s initiative and participation,strength the teaching effect and quality of the course,and enriched the course teaching content at the same time.It would provide a reference for the construction of case base for relevant curriculum.更多还原
