【摘要】 植物甾醇是一种新型的功能性饲料，是一种以环戊二烯菲为骨架的3-羟基化合物，是一种具有胆固醇结构的活性物质。植物甾醇以游离态、酯化态和糖苷的形式存在于植物细胞膜中。植物甾醇可以降低胆固醇，是一种抗氧化剂，可预防心血管疾病。在动物生产中，植物甾醇可以促进动物和家禽的生长，提高动物产品的质量。该文简要介绍植物甾醇的性质、来源、提取，以及植物甾醇的生物学功能，如胆固醇代谢、抗氧化、激素功能、抗癌功能、免疫调节功能、抗炎作用和生长调节功能，综述植物甾醇在动物生产中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Phytosterol is a new type of functional feed,a 3-hydroxy compound based on cyclopentadiene phenanthrene,and an active substance with cholesterol structure.Phytosterol exists in plant cell membrane in the form of free,esterified and glycoside.Phytosterol can lower cholesterol,is an antioxidant,and can prevent cardiovascular disease.In animal production,phytosterols can promote the growth of animals and poultry and improve the quality of animal products.This paper briefly introduces the properties,sources and extraction of phytosterols.The biological functions of phytosterols are introduced,such as cholesterol metabolism,antioxidation,hormone function,anticancer function,immune regulation function,anti-inflammatory function and growth regulation function.The application of phytosterols in animal production was reviewed.更多还原
