回音壁模式光学微腔传感研究进展
Review of whispering-gallery-mode microcavity sensing
【摘要】 简要回顾了近几年回音壁模式光学微腔在传感研究中的应用,其涉及领域包括位移传感、力传感、加速度传感、质量传感、纳米粒子传感、温度传感、角速度传感和奇异点增强传感。对回音壁模式光学微腔在不同领域的传感机理进行了简单介绍,并且对重要的实验工作进行了介绍,指出了提高传感精度的重要因素,为之后的理论和实验研究提供了一定的参考。
【Abstract】 The applications of whispering-gallery-mode microcavities in sensing research, including displacement sensing, force sensing, acceleration sensing, mass sensing, nanoparticle sensing, temperature sensing, angular velocity sensing and exceptional points enhanced sensing, in recent years have been reviewed. The basic theory of different sensing schemes and some related important experimental work are introduced, and the important factors that may help improve sensing accuracy are illustrated, which will provide reference for the following theoretical and experimental research.
