【摘要】 目的:探讨下肢骨缺损采取对合端植骨内固定与Ilizarov骨搬移联合治疗的可行性。方法:选择我院收治的下肢骨缺损62例以随机分组法分为两组，每组31例，Ilizarov骨搬移治疗为对照组，对照组基础上加对合端植骨内固定为观察组，比较效果。结果:观察组外固定时间、骨愈合时间更短，骨愈合指数更低，与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);术前，两组血清炎性因子与生活质量无明显差异(P>0.05),术后1周观察组炎症因子水平更低，生活质量评分更高，差异显著(P<0.05);观察组各类并发症率低于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对合端植骨内固定与Ilizarov骨搬移联合治疗下肢骨缺损，不仅可缩短康复时间，更好地改善炎症，而且安全性高，术后生活质量更好，值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the feasibility of combined treatment of bone grafting and Ilizarov bone removal for bone defects of lower limb. Methods:62 cases of lower limb bone defect treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 31 cases in each group. Ilizarov bone removal treatment was used as control group, and the control group was added with bone grafting at the opposite end as observation group, to compare the effect.Results:The external fixation time and bone healing time of the observation group were shorter, and the bone healing index was lower, which were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery, there was no significant difference between the two groups in serum inflammatory factors and quality of life(P>0.05).One week after surgery, the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower and the score of quality of life was higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05). The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of bone graft and Ilizarov bone transfer in the treatment of lower limb bone defects can not only shorten the rehabilitation time and better improve inflammation, but also have high safety and better postoperative life quality, which is worthy of application.更多还原
