【摘要】 “良好生态环境是最普惠的民生福祉”是生态文明建设的宗旨和要求，也是共同富裕的目标之一。从深化生态文明建设、助力实现共同富裕的角度提出“良好生态环境普惠度”概念，从生态环境良好、生态福利均衡、普惠群众感知3个维度，构建评估指标体系，并以浙江省为例开展实证研究。结果表明，近年来浙江省良好生态环境普惠度呈上升趋势，生态环境优良、群众日趋满意，但区域间、人群间生态环境福祉仍存在一定不均衡现象，是制约良好生态环境普惠度进一步提升的瓶颈。更多还原

【Abstract】 “Eco-environmental inclusive benefit is the most universal welfare for people’s livelihood” is the purpose and requirement of ecological civilization construction, as well as one of the goal of common prosperity. In this paper, the concept of “eco-environmental inclusive benefit index(EIBI)” was put forward from the perspective of ecological civilization construction and common prosperity goal. The evaluation system of EIBI,including the ecological environment well-being, ecological welfare balance, people’s inclusive perception was constructed. At the same time, Zhejiang was selected as an example to carry out EIBI quantitative evaluation. As a result, in recent years, the EIBI of Zhejiang had shown an upward trend, the ecological environment was becoming increasingly good and the people were becoming increasingly satisfied. However, there was still a certain imbalance in the ecological environmental well-being between regions and populations, which was the bottleneck factor restricting the EIBI promotion.更多还原
