济南市某污水处理厂碳排放评估与分析
Carbon emission accounting and analysis for a wastewater treatment plant in Jinan City
【摘要】 污水处理厂碳减排受到广泛关注,碳排放评估是碳减排的基础。构建了污水处理厂碳排放核算模型,选择济南市某污水处理厂(厌氧/缺氧/好氧(AAO)-膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺)进行了碳排放评估。结果表明,总碳排放强度(以CO2当量计)为1.111 kg/m3,其中,直接碳排放强度占比30.06%,以直接N2O排放为主;间接碳排放强度占比69.94%,以能耗为主。直接排放受工艺脱氮性能动态变化影响,间接排放波动主要因为物耗变化。基于评估结果提出了提高污水处理综合能效、加大能源回收力度的碳减排建议。
【Abstract】 Carbon reduction in wastewater treatment plants has received extensive attention, and carbon emission accounting was the basis of carbon reduction. In this study, the carbon emission accounting models of wastewater treatment plants were constructed. And a wastewater treatment plant with AAO-MBR process in Jinan City was selected for assessment of carbon emission. The results showed that the total carbon emission intensity was 1.111 kg/m3(in terms of CO2 equivalent). Among them, direct carbon emission intensity accounted for 30.06%,with direct N2O emission as the main component, and indirect carbon emission intensity accounted for 69.94%,with energy consumption as the main component. The direct carbon emission was affected by dynamic changes in process denitrification performance, and the indirect carbon emission fluctuation mainly came from the change of material consumption. Based on the carbon emission accounting results, carbon reduction recommendations were made to improve comprehensive energy efficiency in wastewater treatment and increase energy recovery efforts.
