【摘要】 绿色供应链管理是实现可持续发展的有效途径之一。近年，中国水产行业在发展过程中面临着资源和能源消耗、废弃物排放、产品质量风险等诸多问题，因此实施绿色供应链管理十分必要。全面综述了水产行业绿色供应链管理所面临的政策及企业管理问题、供应商筛选体系问题、信息共享问题、水产品冷链物流问题和水产品绿色消费理念问题等，从政府部门、企业管理和消费者3个层面提出了对策建议，以期推动中国水产行业绿色供应链管理进一步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Green supply chain management is one of the effective ways to realize sustainable development. Recent years, the aquaculture is facing the problems of resource and energy consumption, waste discharge and products quality risks in the development process in China. Therefore, it is quite necessary to implement green supply chain management for aquaculture. This paper comprehensively reviewed the policy and enterprise management, supplier selection system, information sharing, cold chain logistics of aquatic products and green consumption concept of aquatic products. Moreover, the improvement measures were put forward from government level, enterprise level and consumer level in order to promote the further development of aquaculture green supply chain management in China.更多还原
