济南市污水处理厂碳排放特征分析

【摘要】 污水处理厂碳排放强度评估是碳减排的基础。以济南20座污水处理厂为对象,建立了每座污水处理厂的工艺模型来补充活动数据,并采用排放因子法评估了直接、间接和总碳排放强度。结果表明,20座污水处理厂的平均碳排放强度为(0.87±0.22) kgCO2/m3,其中电耗、药剂和N2O直接排放分别贡献了约40%、23%和30%。16座AAO工艺的平均碳排放强度(0.80±0.16)kgCO2/m3明显低于4座AAO-MBR工艺[(1.17±0.19)kgCO2/m3]。碳排放强度受处理规模的影响较小,但与进水TN、能耗和物耗参数密切有关。采用清洁能源可显著降低间接碳排放量,工艺运行和资源循环也可以实现碳减排。

【Abstract】 Carbon emission intensity assessment of sewage treatment plants is the basis of carbon emission reduction.This paper takes 20 wa stewater treatment plants in Jinan as the object,establishes the process model of each wastewater treatment plant to supplemen tthe activity data,and uses the emission factor method to evaluate the direct,indirect and total carbon emission intensity.The results show that the average carbon emissionintensity of 20 sewage treatment plants is 0.87±0.22 kgCO2/m3,in which power consumption,chemicals and N2O direct emissions contribute about 40%,23% and 30% respectively.The average carbonem ission intensity of 16 AAO processes (0.80±0.16) kgCO2/m3 was significantly lower than that of 4 AAO-MBRprocesse s[(1.17±0.19) kgCO2/m3].Carbon emission in tensity is less affected by treatment scale,but is closely related to influen tTN,energy consumption and material consumptionparameters.The use of clean energy can significantly reduce indirect carbonemissions,and process operation and resource recycling can also achieve carbon emission reduction.
