村镇剩余污泥快速生物堆肥处理技术研究

【摘要】 污泥快速生物堆肥处理技术是村镇剩余污泥处置的优势处理途径之一。针对污泥堆肥过程中调控参数对污泥堆肥效果的影响进行试验研究,优化了污泥与辅料投加比,分析不同通风量对污泥发酵的影响,探讨了低温条件对堆肥温度的影响,对污泥堆肥处理效果进行分析。结果表明:污泥与辅料投加比例对污泥堆肥影响较大,采用辅料与污泥按1∶1配比对堆体减量化的效果最为明显;通风量是污泥堆肥过程中重要的控制因素,确定投泥和发酵2个阶段的风机变频参数为35,40 Hz时堆肥效果较好;通过控温手段可以在低温条件下保证系统正常运行,最终出料物理指标、化学指标、金属指标均达到GB/T 23486—2009《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置园林绿化用泥质》要求。研究结果将为村镇污水厂的剩余污泥资源化利用提供理论依据和技术参考。

【Abstract】 Rapid biological composting technology of sludge is one of the advantageous treatment methods for the disposal of surplus sludge in villages and towns. In middle note, the effect of sludge control parameters on sludge composting was studied. The ratio of sludge to excipient was optimized, and the effect of different ventilation on sludge fermentation was analyzed. The effect of low temperature on composting temperature was discussed, and the effect of sludge composting treatment was analyzed. The results show that the proportion of sludge and auxiliary materials has a great influence on sludge composting, and the effect of reducing the pile is the most obvious when the ratio of auxiliary materials to sludge is 1∶1; ventilation is an important control factor in the process of sludge composting. The composting effect is better when the fan frequency conversion parameters in the two stages of sludge feeding and fermentation are 35 Hz and 40 Hz; by means of temperature control, the normal operation of the system can be ensured under low temperature conditions, and the final physical index, chemical index and metal index of discharge can meet the standard requirements of sludge for landscaping in sludge disposal of urban sewage treatment plant(GB/T 23486—2009). The research results will provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the resource utilization of surplus sludge in rural sewage plants.
