人力资本、信号与偏好:学术劳动力市场的“下沉式就业”及其对博士职业发展的影响

【摘要】 调查涉农学科毕业博士“下沉式就业”与职业发展状况发现:我国学术劳动力市场分割特征较明显,博士的职业发展与就职高校层次息息相关;博士的职业选择受人力资本效应、信号效应和就业偏好因素共同影响,博士后经历已成为重要的信号效应源;无博士后经历、职业前景偏好弱以及个人家庭偏好强的一流大学建设高校毕业博士更易“下沉式就业”,无博士后经历、学术能力差、通用能力强、职业前景偏好弱的一流学科建设高校毕业博士更易“下沉式就业”;“下沉式就业”不利于博士的职业发展,而且对职业发展水平越高的博士影响越大。

【Abstract】 The survey on the sinking employment and career development of agriculture-related doctoral graduates shows that the market segmentation of the academic labor market in China is obvious, and the career development of doctors is closely related to the level of working universities. Their career choices are jointly influenced by the human capital effect, signal effect and employment preference. The post-doctoral experience has become an important signal effect source. Graduates with no post-doctoral experience are more likely to choose sinking employment. Sinking employment is not conducive to their career development, and it has a greater impact on those with higher levels of career development.
