不同电流和电压对电渗析分离深层海水的影响

【摘要】 深层海水远离工业和人为污染,其矿物质含量丰富、成分稳定,具有较高的提取、加工及应用优势,以深层海水为原料能生产出比陆地水、表层海水产品更为优质的深海水产品。电渗析技术在处理中等盐度的溶液时表现出较好的经济性,具有能耗少、效益高、原水回收率高、对环境无污染,且设备设计与应用灵活、维修方便、使用周期长等诸多优点,选择不同的电流和电压条件下开展电渗析分离深层海水的应用研究,考察不同电流和电压条件下的浓缩效果,通过优化不同选择性交换膜电渗析浓缩分离工艺,解决了深层海水浓缩过程中多价离子易结垢的问题。

【Abstract】 Deep sea water is far away from industrial and man-made pollution. Its mineral content is rich and its composition is stable. It has higher extraction, processing and application advantages. With deep sea water as raw material, it can produce deep-sea aquatic products with higher quality than land water and surface sea water products. Electrodialysis technology has shown good economy in treating medium salinity solution. It has many advantages, such as low energy consumption, high efficiency, high raw water recovery rate, no pollution to the environment, flexible equipment design and application, convenient maintenance, long service life, etc. It chooses different current and voltage conditions to carry out the application research of electrodialysis to separate deep seawater, and investigate the concentration effect under different current and voltage conditions, By optimizing the concentration and separation process of electrodialysis with different selective exchange membranes, the problem of scaling of multivalent ions in deep seawater concentration process was solved.
