【Abstract】 Based on “Overall Food View”, in view of the current situation and new situation of food safety, combined with the problems existing in ideological and political construction of food specialty in higher vocational colleges, the food major of Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute has refined the ideological and political education objectives of cultivating the root of “integrity”, casting the soul of “responsibility”, inspiring the wisdom of “innovation” and improving the heart of “confidence”.
